New Qi Gung students:
- To stay properly hydrated, we suggest you bring bottled water.
- Wear "jogging clothes".
- There are no changing rooms, so please arrive in your exercise clothes.
- Be prepared to sweat. Bring a change of clothes to wear over your trainings clothes for after class.
- Always excercise on an empty stomach.
