New Qi Gung students:

  • To stay properly hydrated, we suggest you bring bottled water.
  • Wear "jogging clothes".
  • There are no changing rooms, so please arrive in your exercise clothes.
  • Be prepared to sweat. Bring a change of clothes to wear over your trainings clothes for after class.
  • Always excercise on an empty stomach.
